xbajj Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing or using the xbajj platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. • You must keep your registered contact information — including your mobile number — current and accurate. xbajj uses your registered mobile number to send account verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. An outdated mobile number may result in your inability to access account recovery services.

xbajj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. xbajj does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. xbajj accepts no responsibility for delays caused by your bank or mobile financial service provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. xbajj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect both xbajj and its players.
• Before processing a withdrawal, xbajj may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of your payment method. xbajj provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajj excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. xbajj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failures not caused by xbajj negligence; interruption of service due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond xbajj's control; errors in game outcomes caused by provider-side technical faults, where the certified RNG outcome will be used as the definitive result; losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. This limitation of liability does not exclude or limit xbajj's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by xbajj's own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
